Soleon is a good example of this Sparkman and Stevens designed Tartan 40 sloop with the 2 double cabin and single head layout.
Comprehensively refitted in 2013 and well maintained by the current owner prior to Covid but now in need of a little tlc after two years ashore.
The rig and sails are just 8 years old and the engine recently had a top end rebuild. There is an air-conditioner and a diesel heater, new autopilot and plotter, SSB, AIS, new batteries, stainless steel stern arch holding solar panels and the radar scanner, plus a good RIB and outboard.
